"Wish I’d read reviews before expecting much from the points"
I’ve ordered from hairdressingsupplies.com a few times now and the products themselves have been fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the loyalty points are disappointing. They don’t seem to build up to anything useful, and it’s not exactly clear how you’re meant to use them either. I wish I’d read some reviews first because I probably wouldn’t have expected much from the rewards side. It’s not a terrible site, but if you’re ordering again thinking the points will actually make a difference, you might be let down like I was.

Umm, I ordered a few hairdressing bits and wasn’t too impressed. One of the brushes felt really cheap and flimsy, and the clips snapped after I’d barely used them. For the price, I was expecting a bit better. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

The selection felt limited to me. I looked around for my usual stuff but couldn’t really find what I normally get, so that was kind of disappointing.

"Slow replies made the order more frustrating"
I ordered from hairdressingsupplies.com and the products themselves were fine, but the customer service side was frustrating. I emailed about my order and ended up waiting a few days without getting a clear update, which I think a lot of customers would find annoying when they just want to know what’s going on.
When someone finally replied, it felt a bit rushed and didn’t really answer my question properly. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the slow communication definitely took away from it, and I’d probably try another supplier next time

"Something Didn't Feel Quite Right"
I was excited to try these, but the brands just didn’t seem like what I’m used to. Maybe it was the packaging or the overall feel, but something felt a little off. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

I expected the packaging to be a little sturdier, so I was a bit disappointed when the box showed up dented. Thankfully, everything inside was fine, but based on the condition it arrived in, the packaging was just okay.

My order showed up, and inside it there were the wrong items. Not what I was expecting, so that was kind of frustrating.

I was hoping this would work better for my salon, but it ended up feeling basic. It does the simple stuff fine, but it just doesn’t have enough of what I need for everyday salon use.

I was trying to use the site on my phone and it felt clunky. It took way longer than it should have to find what I was looking for, and having to wait in a queue on top of that just made the whole thing more frustrating

"Returns Are Kind of Hit or Miss"
I sent my stuff back after reading through the return policy, so I figured it would be straightforward. Instead, the refund process dragged on forever, and I kept having to follow up just to get any kind of update.
When support finally answered, the replies were super vague and didn’t really explain much. I ended up getting less money back than I expected, with no clear reason why. shopping here feels hit or miss, and I probably wouldn’t order again if there’s any chance I might need to return something...

I did get updates along the way, which was helpful, but they weren’t always super clear, or, I guess, not as clear as I was hoping. Overall it was okay, I just wish they came a bit quicker and with more detail

"Stock was kind of hit or miss"
I ordered some hair stuff, but a bunch of the things I wanted were either out of stock or looked like they were available and then somehow weren’t. Delivery was okay, nothing amazing but not bad. It was just kind of annoying having to switch things around after I’d already paid. The site itself is fine, I just wish the stock info was a bit more up to date or something.

"Prices weren't really worth it for me"
I had a look on hairdressingsupplies.com because I was hoping I might save a bit compared to the usual places I order from, but most of the prices seemed higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere and while a few things were okay, it still didn’t feel like enough of a bargain to make placing an order worthwhile, especially once delivery was added on and the total ended up not being that competitive. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, I just expected better deals.

"Not really worth the price"
I ordered a few hair colouring bits and some clips from hairdressingsupplies.com, and to be fair, everything turned up fine. Nothing was damaged and the delivery was okay, so I can’t really complain about that side of it.
The weird part is, for what I paid, I just expected the items to feel a bit better. Some of it was basic, and I’m sure I’ve seen similar stuff elsewhere for less, even after adding delivery.
It’s not a terrible shop or anything, but I didn’t come away feeling like I got great value for money. I probably wouldn’t rush to order again unless there was a decent discount or sale on

Checkout worked in the end, but it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It felt a little slow, and I ended up double-checking my details a couple of times because the instructions weren’t super clear. A few clearer prompts would’ve made the whole process easier.

"Delivery was just okay"
I ordered a few hair products from hairdressingsupplies.com, and the delivery was just okay. Am I missing something, or is the shipping usually a bit slow? It took longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get many updates while I was waiting.
To be fair, everything did arrive in the end and it was packed properly, so I can’t say there was a major problem. I just would’ve appreciated quicker shipping or clearer tracking. Not a bad experience, but not exactly great either.
